Jet-setters, take note: Jewelry house David Webb just moved ten blocks, from Park Avenue and 57th Street to 789 Madison Avenue, near 67th Street (212-421-3030). Since the only other location is in Beverly Hills, customers fly in from Europe and the Middle East to plunk down $2,500 for cuff links or $15,000 for a monkey brooch.
DDCLab’s new sister store 7 Mercer-DDCSpx (7 Mercer St., nr. Howard St.; 212-431-5700), which opens January 17, is a departure from their casual norm. It’s aimed at big-budget customers, who can spend up to $100,000 for a luxe customized outfit. The minimalist industrial space is by appointment only; designers and owners Roberto Crivello and Savnia Davies-Keiloer will make anything you want in about two weeks.
And yoga studio Yamuna just opened (132 Perry St., nr. Washington St.; 212-633-2143), incorporating body rolling with six-to-ten-inch balls to release tension and discomfort (classes from $20).
