What H&M is to fashion, Korean import Missha (516 Fifth Ave., at 43rd St.; 212-596-4012) hopes to be to cosmetics. The global chain’s first U.S. retail store stocks nothing but the house brand in everything from moisturizing lipstick to fruit body scrubs—all for $10 and under.

If the only size-11 shoe at Barneys is sold out yet again, don’t fret. Elleven Up! (12 W. 57th St., nr. Fifth Ave., Ste. 1005; 212-757-2154), which opens May 15, stocks fashionable shoes from Delman, Stuart Weitzman, Jean-Michel Cazabat, and others in large sizes.
