The first Big Drop Men’s (1325 Third Ave., nr. 75th St.; 212-472-3200) store is a mirror image of the women’s, packed with trendy denim from True Religion and Rock & Republic, plus designer brands like Costume National, D&G, and J. Lindeberg. Turkish jewelry house Gilan (743 Fifth Ave., nr. 57th St.; 212-949-4350) just opened its first Stateside store. Confident women will gravitate toward daring designs like a 30-carat yellow-, brown-, and white-diamond necklace ($434,000). Stacked gold bands are less extravagant (from $500). And home-accessories store Access Artisans has a second location, in Grand Central Terminal (Lexington Ave. Passage; 212-682-3049), for its spun-metal table lamps and fused-glass coasters.
