Grand Prix Fixe: D'Artagnan's three-course lunch is just $11.95.

Lunch in midtown calls for a daily decision: fast food or fine dining? Good luck finding anything in between that doesn’t involve a “gourmet” salad bar and a leaky plastic container. May we suggest instead that you decamp, tout de suite, to D’Artagnan (152 East 46th Street, 212-687-0300)? For the next two weeks, diners can enjoy a “lunch tray” for only $11.95. Choose from steak au poivre; pasta with duck bacon, truffle oil, and Gruyère; free-range organic rotisserie chicken; or pan-seared salmon filet with ratatouille. Each is accompanied by choice of soup or organic salad and a side of roasted potatoes. And for those days when you can’t pull yourself away from the desk, they deliver (minimum two orders).
