Want to reach teetering Manolo Blahnik heights without handing over a month’s rent? Beverly Feldman, a designer based in New York and Ibiza (her glitzy shoes are hand-lasted and -stitched in Spain), opened her first store in the city last April, but savvy shoe addicts have been scooping up Feldman’s moderately priced creations since the seventies, when multicolored beaded flats were the rage. Whereas Manolos run $400 and up, Feldman’s current collection includes girly cap-toed slingbacks for $225, saucy silver pumps for $185, and vampish beaded-flower slides for $125. With a closet full of Feldmans, you may just have some cash left over to see Ibiza for yourself. (7 West 56th Street; 212-484-0000.)
