If you want to take a bite out of crime, who better to call than Hannibal Lecter? In Red Dragon, based on the Thomas Harris novel, he joins FBI detective Will Graham (Edward Norton) to capture a Blake–quoting, dead-grandmother-doting psycho-at-large, played by Ralph Fiennes.
