Soho can be a soulless place, not to mention maddeningly expensive, and in desperate need of good karma and cheap, delicious grub. This nineteen-seat offshoot of a popular Amagansett enterprise satisfies both criteria with its Indian-chant soundtrack, gurgling fountain, and addictive dosas and uttapa made from rice-and-lentil flour and stuffed or topped with everything from traditional spiced-potato-masala to untraditional tuna and avocado.
