Ladies, here's a hint: Most nights you'll get in free before midnight, so put on the stiletto sandals and the tight dress du jour and get in line. Upstairs is mainly a dance floor with ample seating lining the walls; quarters are closer in the downstairs lounge, with dim lights, a smaller bar and perfect-for-stealing-a-kiss couches. Most nights offer a mix of trendy hip-hop and R&B, with reggae parties kicking off the week. If you're looking for love along the 14th Street crawl, there are plenty of good-looking men here caught somewhere between ruffneck and record exec.
