Three years ago, the actress Jennifer Esposito (best known for her role on Spin City and most recently seen in the sitcom Samantha Who?) bought her upstairs neighbor’s one-bedroom in her Greenwich Village co-op. The actress had plans drafted to turn both into one large apartment, but she never quite got around to doing the reconstruction, and recently moved out, putting both units on the market. Her original unit, No. 711, is heavily windowed and has a Juliet balcony; upstairs, 811 has a lofted bedroom and a full terrace. (Listing broker Stephanie Davis says there’s been a lot of interest in the apartments.) Esposito hasn’t always been popular with her neighbors. In 2003, she reportedly incurred ire over noise issues, which were said to include loud music, yelling at her dogs, and a variety of amorous doings.
