The Building: One Brooklyn Bridge Park.
The Amenity: A free car.
The Pitch: At this building in Brooklyn Heights, buyers who sign contracts in September for any three-bedroom priced above $2 million will get a deeded parking space (usually an extra $150,000, give or take) with its own entrance, eliminating the need for an attendant. But wait: That space comes with a new Audi in it. The model in question is a 2009 A4, retailing for approximately $35,000. (At least ten apartments qualify for this deal.) But isn’t anyone who wants that amenity likely to have a car already? Ian Levine of RAL Companies, which built the project, offers that those lucky few folks might just treat it as an upgrade.
