Is Helen Hunt mad about Manhattan again? Sources say the actress, who’s been living in Los Angeles with writer Matthew Carnahan and their daughter, Makena‘lei, turned heads recently when she strode into the Tribeca sales office for 101 Warren with her longtime broker, Corcoran’s Jon Capobianco. The condo project, by developer Edward J. Minskoff, promises to be yet another super-luxe entry in the downtown market, with a blend of lofts, penthouses, and townhouses and an art-filled atrium—they’re calling it an “artrium”—with works by Roy Lichtenstein and sculptor Joel Shapiro. Hunt’s no stranger to Tribeca. In 2001, after splitting with husband Hank Azaria, she bought a 3,159-square-foot apartment in a condo conversion on Franklin Street. Three years later, she put it on the market for $4.95 million. Capobianco failed to respond to calls regarding Hunt’s shopping trip.
