Having survived the upfronts last week, NBC Universal chief Jeff Zucker and his wife, Caryn, continue to shop around for a place to call home after selling their duplex—a gigantic sixteen-room cobbled together from two apartments on the eleventh and twelfth floors—at 239 Central Park West. (The private sale took place late last year, though city records only recently registered it.) Sources say the Zuckers appear to be thinking about jumping the park, since many of the properties they’ve seen have been on the Upper East Side, on the prime thoroughfares of East End Avenue, Fifth Avenue, and Park Avenue. They’re also thinking about even more space, now that they’re expecting their fourth child. Their broker, Sloane Square’s Amy Tucker Meltzer, declined to comment on the couple or their plans.
