The businessman who owns this estate listed it in early January, three weeks after Madoff’s confession. The 6,100-square-foot six-bedroom house is on one of the most glamorous streets in town; neighbors include Marci Klein, Toni Ross, and Ronald Lauder. The last time a house here became available was two years ago, and it went for the full asking price, says listing broker Michael Schultz.
