It’s fitting that Otsego County cheesemakers Ilyssa Berg and Javier Flores are selling their rich, tangy, ash-encrusted “Cinderella” goat-cheese logs at Murray’s Cheese. That’s where the couple interned three years ago before buying 109 upstate acres to build the pasture-based Painted Goat dairy farm. The cheese costs $15.99 per log and is available throughout November. 254 Bleecker St., nr. Leroy St.; 212-243-3289.
