What’s a rabbit potpie doing in an Italian wine bar? Going quite nicely with a glass of Refosco. According to Gottino’s Jody Williams, the wintry dish is her first foray into what she calls heirloom American cooking. Considering how rich it is, the dainty size is a benefit.
