The second annual New York City Wine & Food Festival begins with a bacon tasting on Thursday and concludes with a meatball orgy on Sunday, with the ever-popular Burger Bash in between. But there are plenty of events on offer that won’t terrify vegans, including one that has us intrigued, if a little perplexed: a Bob Dylan Wine Pairing at City Winery, where sommeliers will match grapes to tunes performed live by guest vocalists (October 8 through 11; tickets and schedule at nycwineandfoodfestival.com).
