To mark the change of seasons, and to give its barbecue-and-bourbon-loving clientele something to look forward to now that its summer cookouts have ended for the year, Brooklyn’s Char No. 4 launches a weekly Game Night on Wednesday, October 14, through January 27. Call two days ahead to preorder a whole smoked game bird, each of which comes with a different side dish like dirty rice. Squab and quail each serve one ($24), and guinea hen and duck feed two to three apiece ($65) (196 Smith St., nr. Baltic St., Cobble Hill; 718-643-2106).
