Vosges Haut Chocolat, the masterminds behind the Aboriginal wattleseed truffle and the Taleggio-filled curiosity named after actor-controversialist Vincent Gallo, has done it again. Their latest outré creation is called Red Fire Chocolate Tortilla Chips—a chic Pringles-style canister of organic corn chips dipped in milk chocolate and dusted with ancho- and chipotle-chile powder that pick up nicely where chocolate-covered pretzels leave off ($20 per tube; 132 Spring St., nr. Greene St.; 212-625-2929).
