    What makes April 13 different from all other nights? Floyd Cardoz serves his first-ever Seder at the temporarily renamed “Unleavened Bread Bar.” The $100 menu (with wine) includes matzo with mango chutney, Goan-spiced gefilte fish, and early spring greens with Kashmiri spices.
