   A picnic-table patio with a funky nautical motif—as its commodore, Patois’s Alan Harding, puts it, “Garage-sale chic meets Gilligan’s Island.”

   During the day, it’s hot dogs and tuna sandwiches at the snack bar; starting this weekend, after five, the staff stokes the charcoal-fired barbecue at the 100-seat café out back.
