As he has for over two decades, Restaurant Associates CEO Nick Valenti selflessly donates space and staff to support this popular event, and this year he gets honored for it.
The theme, “Tutto Italia,” celebrates Valenti’s heritage and provides
a convenient excuse
to assemble top Italian chefs from near (Batali, Carmellini, Casella) and far (Chris Bianco,
whose Phoenix pizzeria
is the holy grail for the crust cognoscenti). Tickets, which begin
