Yearning for a more foot-friendly option? There is a smattering of flat (Tod's) and kitten-heeled (Bally) boots out there. These work well with fall's utilitarian parkas and cargo pants, as do the slew of new buckled (Hogan) and slouchy (Bottega Veneta) styles.
