With the city cracking down on smoking, why open a cigar shop now?
You should never turn away from something just because it’s not popular. It may even help my business, because when people ask if they can smoke inside, we’ll say, “Come on in. There’s refuge here.”

Must be frustrating to be a cigar smoker these days.
People who don’t know anything about cigars tell you, “Oh, they’re nasty!” Well, they’re not. Every cigar is an artisanal thing.

But still, do you really think they should be allowed in public parks?
I don’t agree with forcing people enjoying a natural product into a smoking room— I think that’s the worst possible thing to do.
