Admire the night skyline, no charge: Through Labor Day, the four-minute water taxi between East 35th Street in Manhattan and Hunter’s Point Water Taxi Beach, normally $5, will be free from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday nights and 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Saturdays.
