I do not dye my hair (yet!), but a friend who does highly recommended this product to me, ironically from Kenneth Salon, the very salon I patronize every six weeks or so. She uses it to protect her highlights from fading in the sun; I use it as a leave-in conditioner (truth be told, I am a bit leave-in-conditioner-obsessed). We both love it, and it comes in a nice, big but not-too-big, 8-ounce spray bottle for $17.
$17 at Kenneth Salon, 301 Park Ave., at 49th St.; 212-752-1800; kennethsalon.com.
