The Rozenberg Dental Day Spa

With more and more whitening products hitting shelves, cosmetic dentists are upping the ante. The Rozenberg Dental Day Spa is offering a new treatment called Dentabrasion, which is an inexpensive and effective middleman between a normal teeth cleaning and laser whitening. Best described as microdermabrasion for your chompers, the product uses a sodium-bicarbonate solution to sandblast stains, plaque, and debris—in just twenty minutes. It's perfect for those with sensitive teeth or whose pockets are too shallow for laser treatments. The only drawback: Though the solution comes in a variety of flavors, the salty taste still isn't masked.
$125 at Rozenberg Dental Day Spa, 45 W. 54th St., nr. Fifth Ave., Ste. 1B; 212-265-7724.
