It's a bit creepy to tell a bikini waxer that you love her, but I almost muttered those words after a visit with Arsi Tavitian at Rita Hazan. She puts on these thick, binocular-type glasses so not even a micro-hair is missed. After the first round of hands-on de-fuzzing (she doesn't use strips) is finished, she wraps her finger in wax and does a second round to snag every remaining straggler. Since she does small areas at a time and is super-efficient, it's virtually pain-free but takes a few minutes longer than most waxing sessions.
From $60 at Rita Hazan, 720 Fifth Ave., nr. 56th St., Eleventh th fl.; 212-586-4343.
