Spring has seen an outburst of color in the ready-to-wear collections and in
beauty—neon-orange lipstick or yellow nail polish anyone? Of course leave it to Shu Uemura to come up with the Tri-Color Eye Pencil that is right on trend and brilliantly packaged. The clown colors in the three-in-one connectable pencils may seem off-putting at first, but gently applied, they make eyes pop just enough without looking like a vaudeville act. Of course, if you want to go all out, the highly pigmented colors are creamy enough to layer.
