Fashion can be so confusing. You're not quite ready to wear closed-toe boots, but the runways are covered in strappy slides and lace-up wedges. Breathe. A transitional shoe has arrived from one of our favorite shoe ladies, Kristen Lee. Her Elanor heel is suitable for the lingering warm weather, with an open toe and T-strap, but nods to chillier days in dark suede, when you'll want to throw on a pair of colored tights as well. We're also drawn to the shape of the heel, not quite granny style but way far from teetering stiletto. And it strikes a fetching silhouette for such a sturdy and, more important, seasonally appropriate shoe.
