The Best Bet

Though last year saw the shuttering of three Kate’s Paperies, the Etsy-fication of Manhattan won’t be stopped. On June 8, Paper Source—already a fixture in Cobble Hill—is coming to Soho (83 Spring St., nr. Crosby St.; 646-484-5764), bringing with it paper in 40 colors and 200 handmade textures, plus an inventory of 900 greeting cards. The 2,250-square-foot crafter’s paradise is also home to a ten-foot wall of 500 rubber stamps and classes for those in need of an artistic push. Another location on the Upper West Side is set to open at the end of the month (309 Columbus Ave., at 75th St.; 646-861-2879).
