Our kitchen shelves are bulging with too many cookbooks. Seems as if all of our favorite chefs have written one but, let’s face it, we buy the books and then often only make one or two items from each — if any! 86 Recipes offers an alternative. The box of 86 cards, each with a
recipe from a fine New York restaurant (including Artisanal, BLT Fish, DB Bistro Moderne, 5 Ninth and even Superfine), takes up almost zero room on your shelf.
