I’ve used a sleep mask for decades, and I’ve become very very picky about what makes a good one. It must be cotton or some other breathable fabric, and it must have extra padding around the nose so you don’t get light coming in through that area. Sounds fairly simple, right? Trust me, it’s not. That’s why MUJI’s sleep mask is seriously the best I’ve ever used. And in our fair city you can only buy it at MoMA for what I think is a bargain.
$8 at MoMA Design Store, multiple locations, momastore.org.
