Wine lovers hate when a great red is served at room temperature, or worse, warm. The ideal temperature for most reds is between 50 to 60 degrees (a bit higher for Burgundy and Bordeaux reds). While we’re generally anti-wine gadgets, this portable wine chiller does the trick. Freeze it for six hours before using, then attach it to the wine bottle and pour. Your red is served the perfect temperature.
