The Grate Escape

Posted December 20, 2006

Created by Swedish chef Herman Rasmusen—who used to purée garlic with his credit card—the plastic sheet slices cloves without nimble knife skills. It also pulps smaller onions and cinnamon sticks, and wipes clean with a wet paper towel. If only your dishes would do the same.
