Making iced tea from scratch is trickier than you think. You’ve got to find the perfect balance between the temperature of the tea and the amount of the ice, or else you end up with a watered-down mess. We’ve been testing this very simple iced-tea maker from Tea Forté. Brew the tea in the top pot; “flash chill” it in the bottom. Drink, repeat. It makes delicious tea each and every time.
