A Giles Deacon outfit may not be in the 2009 budget, but thanks to the British designer's latest collaboration with chic stationer Smythson, a girl can still dream. The company is now taking preorders on a limited-edition set of cards featuring five illustrations of fanciful gowns by Deacon. Each box contains ten cards (two of each design), die-stamped on white matte correspondence cards, with envelopes tissue lined by hand in black, gray, bright pink, yellow, and lime green. Only 300 boxes will be produced worldwide so choose the recipients of your hand-written missives very wisely.
$70 per box at Smythson.com.
