From Ping-Pong tournaments to viewing parties, here's how local stores are celebrating the U.S. Open.

Cole Haan
667 Madison Ave., at 61st St.; 212-421-8440
Watch the U.S. Open alongside Maria Sharapova at Cole Haan's viewing party on September 10. The store will be playing the match on oversize plasma-screen TVs while Sharapova mingles with customers and touts her new sportswear line.

Fred Perry
133 Wooster St., nr. Prince St.; 212-260-4770
British star Andy Murray will take the court wearing a specially designed royal-blue Fred Perry polo at the Open. The limited-edition cotton piqué shirt is available for spectators as well at the Fred Perry shop this week ($85), while supplies last.

Stuart Weitzman
625 Madison Ave., nr. 58th St.; 212-750-2555
Shoe designer Stuart Weitzman is an annual U.S. Open attendee; he's also a competitive Ping-Pong player. On September 10, he'll be challenging customers to matches at an in-store table. Cocktails and appetizers will be served — indulge, for fortitude.

Björn Borg
89 Crosby St., nr. Prince St.; 212-625-2334
This underwear and loungewear line founded by tennis legend Björn Borg features special styles decked with tennis balls and trophies during the U.S. Open. The shop is hosting a "buy two, get one free" sale on underwear throughout the tournament ($26 each). Stop by in the evening — the Soho store is holding extended hours for shoppers to match up at the central Ping-Pong table.

Mason’s Tennis Mart
56 E. 53rd St., nr. Madison Ave.; 212-755-5805
Unlike last year's pop-up in Soho, this year's official U.S. Open shop is located within Mason's Tennis Mart, now through September 20. The spot is stocked with U.S. Open T-shirts, hats, hoodies, tennis bags, and workout garb, as well as shorts and tennis skirts from Ralph Lauren.

Ralph Lauren Polo
1055 Madison Ave., nr. 80th St; 212-434-8000
Ralph Lauren's new U.S. Open Polo is modeled after a classic cricket sweater (the latest example of cricket-inspired style). The polo is sold at the stadium and at Ralph Lauren's Madison Avenue boutique uptown ($125). U.S. Open ticket holders can browse RL garb on interactive digital-shopping kiosks peppered throughout Arthur Ashe Stadium. All those who make a purchase at a kiosk will receive a free can of pink-and-white Ralph Lauren Pink Pony tennis balls.
