Celebrate Hanukkah (and keep kids occupied for the afternoon) on Saturday, December 12 at the JCC in Manhattan. At 2:30 p.m., the Brooklyn-based band Pharaoh’s Daughter will dive into raucous sets of Middle Eastern– tinged indie pop; then, at 3:45, kids will make their own music, with band members’ help, and further exhaust themselves at the center’s open play space until 5. Free; open to nonmembers. No RSVP required (334 Amsterdam Ave., at 76th St.; 646-505-5708).
