Go Your Own Way: Music

For many brides, the musical aspect of the wedding is all taken care of once a D.J. or band has been hired and advised about which songs to include-and which to avoid at all costs. But couples seeking something extra-special should look to the international stage.

• Consider having a team of African drummers lead your guests from cocktails to dinner, or hiring a line of Chinese dancers to precede your entrance into the reception.

• Or, what about asking a Puerto Rican group to come and perform the bomba on the dance floor? Your guests will be delighted.
