Housed in a cozy three-story townhouse, Golden Bridge Yoga NYC (253 Centre St., nr. Grand St.; 212-343-8191) offers prenatal, Vinyasa, and Hatha classes (from $13 for a one-hour class) as well as chanting and meditation workshops and nutritional cleansing. If the classes and workshops still leave the soul feeling a bit empty, try its retail-therapy offerings. Satya Jewelry, known for its yoga-inspired baubles, has opened an on-site boutique.
