Stylist, designer, and infamous multitasker Rachel Zoe further diversifies her portfolio with a new chain of blowout salons. New York’s first DreamDry (35 W. 21st St., nr. Sixth Ave.; dreamdry.com), opening February 14, is a seventeen-chair space offering a dozen $40 styles, from stick-straight blowouts to sexy, beachy waves. Speed is the name of the game here: No-wash express services (chignons, fishtails, and the like) take just twenty minutes and cost $20 to $30.
