Driving home the culinary concept are denim aprons ($145) and a fully operational kitchen for events. In Nolita, the new Todd Snyder + Champion (242 Elizabeth St., nr. Houston St.; 212-966-3181) store nods to an old boxing gym. Alongside vintage lockers are the designer’s heathered cotton sweatshirts ($130) ade with the 94-year-old Champion brand, plus PF Flyer sneakers (from $60) and Leather Head basketballs and baseball mitts (from $70).
