Naked Lunch

New half-hour (or less!) pick-me-ups for depleted cubicle dwellers.

Staffers at this newly relocated spa ask how you’re feeling, then prescribe remedies that can be as brief as twenty minutes: massages start at $48, waxing and skin care at $75, and quickie naps at $20. A “Lunch On Us” program is also in the works: Book any half-hour treatment and leave with a healthy meal—gratis. 5 E. 57th St., nr. Fifth Ave., twelfth fl.; 212-245-8235.

QuickBliss at Bliss 49 at the W Hotel
This new room, built as part of a ground-floor gutting, is dedicated to lip facials ($35), dark-circle-eliminating eye massages ($50), mini-microdermabrasion ($120), and other 15-to-30-minute treatments. “He-waxing”—yep, down there—is especially popular (from $35). 541 Lexington Ave., nr. 49th St.; 212-401-2001.

Red Door Spa at the Chatwal New York
Escape the bedlam of Times Square at this newly opened spot in the mezzanine of the Art Deco–era hotel. Fast fixes include the deeply exfoliating and moisturizing Olive Oil Body Glow (30 minutes for $70) and a reflexology foot massage (25 minutes for $85). 130 W. 44th St., nr. Broadway; 212-764-5900.

Cornelia Spa at the Surrey
After shuttering in 2009, this pricey ladies-who-lunch spa has reemerged as a smaller, sleeker hotel spa offering express versions of its cleansing back treatments and facials (30 minutes for $125 each). Lavender cookies and cupcakes are complimentary, along with hot tea and a chance to relax in the private roof garden. 20 E. 76th St., nr. Madison Ave.; 646-358-3600.
