From February 7 to 26, cultishly followed French designer Vanessa Bruno will preside over her first New York retail venture: a two-story, 4,800-square-foot gallery space housing her entire spring-summer collection (131 Greene St., nr. Houston St.; 212-228-1085). Unstructured blazers, chiffon dresses, crêpe-silk tapered trousers, and classic handbags ranging from $300 to $2,000 factor in heavily, along with fine-art books from French publishing house Bernard Chauveau and fresh-cut bouquets designed by Ariel Dearie.
