One of the brand’s more accessible models, it still has all the power (and the pulverizing stainless-steel blades) Vitamix is beloved for, meaning it could be the last blender you ever buy for your kitchen. “When I say having a Vitamix changed my life, I mean it,” says wellness blogger Ksenia Avdulova, who told us she uses her E310 for any number of things, including to make smoothie bowls for as many as 50 people. Chef Seamus Mullen, a 25-year Vitamix user, is another fan of the ten-speed E310. For the price, he says it has a “powerful motor” capable of not only blending smoothies but soups and — for the less virtuous among us — frozen drinks too.
