Foreigners Flock to U.S. for Cheap Plastic Surgery

By

Foreigners looking to take advantage of our weak-ass dollar have found a new reason to fly Stateside: plastic surgery. Take, for instance, Bernadette from London, who spent a total of $10,500 on a brow and forehead lift during a monthlong stay in Los Angeles. The same procedures would have cost her $19,000 in London. "It seems so cheap. And I got a whole holiday out of it," she says, to our chagrin. Meanwhile, most Americans are too broke to afford a pair of implants. Which is absolutely fine by us. [WWD]
