Poor Michelle Obama seems to have been scared out of her sleeveless frocks. On Thursday when visiting a soup kitchen, she wore a white ruffled Liz Claiborne blouse, designed by Isaac Mizrahi, under a pink cardigan. If anyone could use a MObama endorsement it's Claiborne, which lost $830 million in the fourth quarter. Michelle also wore the same clear plastic Sonia Rykiel belt she wears on the cover of April's O. If we were editors at monthly glossies we'd applaud her for shopping in her closet. But we're not, so we'll just note that outfit repeats are not only economical but Anna Wintour–approved! [WWD]
