Another day, another modeling gig for Julia Restoin-Roitfeld. The French Vogue editor's daughter is supposedly a creative director by day, but it seems like all she does is model these days. She recently appeared in an editorial for British Harper's Bazaar and in ads for Mango. And now she's expanding her high-fashion repertoire as the face of Jil Sander's new fragrance Jil, shot by Jan Welters. It's nice to see real people with real bodies in ads (even if they aren't really real people, as in the kind we can relate to, but baby steps), and as long as she doesn't overexpose herself, Julia will remain a fascinating fashion creature. But can't the girl just come out and say she's a model? Or wants a modeling career? Or turn her job description into a hyphenate, as loathsome as those are? In the meantime, enjoy behind-the-scenes footage from the Jil shoot of Julia in a sheer top.
