Designer Rachel Roy chronicled every calorie she put into her body for this week's New York Diet on Grub Street. She likes sushi from Whole Foods in Tribeca, has fennel tea for breakfast and soup for lunch, orders the halibut at Minetta Tavern, and eats strawberries with heavy cream.
