Erin Wasson is still defending those comments she made to Nylon about homeless people a year ago: "I’m not saying let’s glamorize the homeless. It’s not like I’m saying, ‘Oh, God, that’s so inspiring — you got your clothes from a garbage can. When I moved down to Venice Beach, I found these people with this amazing mentality, this gypsy mentality — people that you couldn’t label and put in a box. I got trashed for it. But I still don’t think I’m wrong." [NYT]

Marc by Marc Jacobs publicist Tim Garcia is under house arrest thanks to a criminal investigations into the business activities of his father, Major General Carlos F. Garcia, a former comptroller of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. So he couldn't go out on Fashion's Night Out, and has to wear an ankle monitoring bracelet.
